I don't like listening to people argue,
seeing them upset.. I feel like I am around that too often. No one should be around that, unless it is beneficial somehow to their well-being but I don’t think arguments are ever beneficial/healthy for anyone.

Healthy living
I’m starting my yoga class tomorrow. I’m not sure what to expect but I am super excited! One of my new year resolutions is to start living healthier, exercise more, eat better..more nutritious, just start to take care of my body more and more and learn to appreciate how God created me.
